A Next.js + Turbopack build for Eagle Home Improvements — a Crofton, MD design-build remodeler operating since 2005 across 150+ Maryland cities. Lifted from WordPress to Next.js with Tailwind, an AVIF/WebP image pipeline, and 12 Schema.org types including FAQPage, AggregateRating, EducationalOccupationalCredential and SpeakableSpecification (voice-search ready). 8 services, full city matrix, and a Quick Answer block on every page.
Ronit Lytvak Mobile Notary
A Next.js site for Ronit Lytvak — a mobile and online (RON) notary across the DMV. Lifted from WordPress to Next.js with Tailwind and GTM: 10 services (Mobile, RON, Apostille, Loan Signings, Business, Medical, Estate Planning, Vehicle, Multilingual, General), same-day availability 7:00 AM–12:00 AM seven days a week, and an Apostille hub organized by destination country. Sharp positioning: "I represent you, not the bank," powered by an active rate auction across Leumi, Hapoalim, Mizrahi-Tefahot, Discount and the First International Bank. Full RTL with Heebo typography, WebP imagery, and a ~155ms TTFB on Cloudflare. 10 mortgage categories spanning first-time, refinance, new-build, second-hand, self-build, Mehir LaMishtaken, retirement, debt consolidation, general purpose, and investment.

A legendary Tel Aviv hummus institution run by the Tavor family at 45 Yirmiyahu — same door, same pot, same chickpeas since 1975. A bilingual Next.js rebuild (Hebrew/English) with a clean digital menu, Wolt and 10bis integration, a heritage-led brand story honoring five decades, and curated press coverage (Time Out, TripAdvisor, World Jewish Travel) — all on a Kosher Parve / Tel Aviv Rabbinate foundation.
